In response to your letter I am going to write the letter about the role played by Rajendra Laxmi and Bahadur shah in the Unification Campaign in Nepal.

Dear Friend, Unification Campaign was started by King Prithvi Narayan Shah but he had not fully completed because of his death. After his death his son Pratap Singh Shah also death before his premature. That transitional period was full of vain and uncontrolled. So, Queen mother Rajendra Laxmi started to rule as a regent of Rana Pratap Shah because Rana Pratap Shah was only two and half years old. She didn't led the dream of father-in-law. She gave continuity to the Unification of Nepal. During her regency, some powerful states of the Gandaki region were annexed into Nepal like Lamjung, Kaski, Tanahun etc. It was impossible to win other states of Gandaki and Karnali regions with capturing them. In this way Rajendra Laxmi added important bricks to the building of Nepal.

On the other hands, Bahadur Shah; The younger son of Prithvi Narayan Shah. HE was brave and far sighted. Due to ultimately death of Pratap Sigh his wife Rajendra Laxmi ways in power. During his regency conflict occurred then He exiled to India. After the death of Rajendra Laxmi, Bahadur Shah came from India and started to made as regent of his nephew, Rana Bahadur Shah. Bahadur Shah was anxious about the dream of his father. So, he started to continue the Unification campaign, skillfully under his efforts several was fern states such as Gulmi, Arghakanchi, Dhurkot, Parbat, Dang, Rolpa and Jajarkot were annexed into Nepal and the boundary of Nepal extended far  away. So, we can say that Bahadur Shah was a good son of good Father.
